As his new book, A Passion for Living, is published, Alex has been interviewed by the BBC World Service about his struggle with cystic fibrosis and the process of writing his book.

Alex ConductsYou can now find full galleries of photos for each of this year's events, including the rehearsals for the Bach St Matthew Passion, the concert itself, and some photos of Alex as he begins to settle in at King's College in Cambridge.

Alex conducted the magnificent Bach St Matthew Passion at the Cadogan Hall in April. His new book, A Passion for Living is published today and a follow-up documentary will be broadcast on Channel 4 on 8th October at 9pm.

More4 will then being showing extended highlights from the concert itself at 10pm. Put it in your diaries!

BBC Radio 5 LiveAlex will also be discussing his book and the forthcoming second documentary, on BBC Radio Five Live's Simon Mayo show on Thursday afternoon (sometime between 1 and 4pm). You'll be able to catch it online on the BBC website.

ITVAlex will be appearing on This Morning on ITV1 on Thursday 17th September (we're not sure exactly when, but the programme runs from 10:30-12:30). He will be discussing his new book - A Passion for Living - with Phillip and Holly, and talking about the forthcoming follow-up documentary to A Boy Called Alex, that will be airing on Channel 4 in October.

Daily Mail LogoThe Daily Mail will serialise Alex's new book A Passion for Living today, ahead of its publication on 17 September.

Interviews will also appear in The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Times Magazine's Relative Values feature. More interviews will follow.
